Morning Experience
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
We understand transportation schedules can vary. Whether your group arrives at 10:00 AM or closer to 10:30 AM, our team will make sure every student enjoys a complete and engaging experience.

Monday
🎵 Recording Studio Experience
Create music inside York College's professional recording studio. Students learn music production, recording techniques, and audio engineering using industry-standard equipment—and leave with their own professionally produced recording.
🩺 Nursing Simulation Lab
Step into the world of healthcare through realistic medical simulations. Students gain hands-on experience while discovering careers dedicated to helping others.
Tuesday
✈️ Aviation & Robotics Experience
Explore robotics technology, test your skills in our immersive flight simulator, and discover careers in aviation, engineering, and advanced technology.
🎵 Recording Studio Experience
Produce music, experiment with sound engineering, and unleash creativity in one of York College's most exciting creative spaces.
🩺 Nursing Simulation Lab
Experience healthcare in action through engaging simulations led by York College faculty and staff.

📻 Live College Radio Experience
Become a radio personality for the day! Students learn broadcasting and podcast production before stepping behind the microphone to go live on YC Radio and share their dreams with listeners.

🎵 Recording Studio Experience
Create, record, and produce your own music in a professional studio environment.
🎥 Video Production Studio
Lights. Camera. Action!
Students become filmmakers as they plan, shoot, and edit their own short film while learning storytelling, cinematography, and editing techniques. Each group leaves with a finished video project they can proudly share.

Welcome Experience
Kick off the day with an energetic welcome and introduction to York College, the CUNY Explorers Program, and the exciting adventures ahead.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Dream Team Tour & Interactive Programs
Students rotate through engaging campus experiences, interactive demonstrations, and hands-on STEM and creative workshops that bring learning to life.
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Lunch & College Success Workshop
During lunch, our CUNY Guides help students begin imagining themselves as future college students by discussing:
Choosing a major and career pathway- Discovering personal strengths through career assessments
- Financial Aid (FAFSA & TAP)
- College admissions
- Tips for preparing now for college success
12:20 PM
Student Reflections
Students complete a brief survey to reflect on their experience and help us continue creating unforgettable campus visits.
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
Celebration & Closing
Before departing, students will:
Receive participation certificates
